Shape the artistic direction

Develop a concert, festival, or programming initiative around a clear point of view. We can examine repertoire, the audience experience, relationships between artistic disciplines, and how individual events contribute to a larger purpose. This can begin with an early concept or with a program that needs a fresh assessment.

Turn the idea into a practical plan

Identify priorities, responsibilities, milestones, and the implications of available time and resources. My perspective as a composer, conductor, and arts leader is complemented by an Executive MBA and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
