PANTHEON
An Evolving Cross-Disciplinary Work
Pantheon is an evolving cross-disciplinary work in six movements, bringing Greek myth into conversation with contemporary life. A chamber ensemble of string quartet and two percussionists provides the foundation for music, voice, movement, and dramatic performance.
Individual movements may be performed independently or in curated groupings, as well as within the larger cycle. The full duration will develop alongside the remaining movements.
Current Status
Pantheon currently contains one completed movement: CIRCE.
Movements II–VI are in development, open to patronage, commissioning, residency support, and artistic collaboration.
Pantheon should be understood as an active long term project rather than a completed work.
Movement Architecture
I.
CIRCE
COMPLETED
Dramatic accompanied monologue. Voice, string quartet, two percussionists. Approximately 11 minutes.
FOCUS
Agency, transformation, gendered myth, and survival.
FUNCTION IN CYCLE
Establishes the sonic world and introduces myth as reinterpretation.
II.
ULYSSES & ULYSSES
AVAILABLE FOR PATRONAGE / COLLABORATION
Dance centered chamber work. Solo dancer, string quartet, two percussionists. Approximately 12–15 minutes projected.
FOCUS
Contrasts two constructions of masculinity through Ulysses S. Grant and Odysseus.
FUNCTION IN CYCLE
Shifts Pantheon from voice to body. Myth becomes physical inquiry.
III.
HOMER MOVES
AVAILABLE FOR PATRONAGE / COLLABORATION
Voice without text. Solo voice, string quartet, two percussionists. Approximately 10–12 minutes projected.
FOCUS
Communication beyond language, disability, perception, and narrative authority.
FUNCTION IN CYCLE
Removes semantic text entirely and asks what meaning remains without words.

STONE
AVAILABLE FOR PATRONAGE / COLLABORATION
One voice, three characters: Kronos, Gaia, Zeus. String quartet, two percussionists. Approximately 15–18 minutes projected.
FOCUS
Control, generational anxiety, and blindness through greed.
FUNCTION IN CYCLE
Expands into triadic dramatic tension and examines structures of power.
V.
SIRENS
AVAILABLE FOR PATRONAGE / COLLABORATION
One voice. String quartet, two percussionists. Approximately 15–18 minutes projected.
FOCUS
Voice, myths surrounding women, and cultural narratives of threat.
FUNCTION IN CYCLE
Returns to the question of voice from a collective and political perspective.
RITUAL DELPHIC UNBOXING
An encounter between Delphic ritual and the promise of overnight delivery, taking unboxing videos as a contemporary ceremony of anticipation, revelation, and consumption.
FOCUS
Consumption, anticipation, and the promise of instant fulfilment.
FUNCTION IN CYCLE
Brings ancient ritual into contact with the staged revelations of contemporary consumer culture.
